Refund policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
Please note that perishable items such as cakes and cupcakes cannot be returned after 2 hours unless they are damaged during delivery. If your order contains such items and they are damaged or spoiled during delivery, please contact us immediately and we will replace them free of charge.
To initiate a return, please contact our us within 1 hour of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions for returning your item and issue you a return number. Please do not return any merchandise without first obtaining a return number.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account or send you a replacement item as requested.
